I don't believe that there's anyone with pre-teen aged children who doesn't know who Hannah Montana is. Hannah, the alter ego of Miley Stewart (both played by Miley Cyrus), has captivated the hearts of youngsters everywhere.

Hannah Montana: One in a Million is a compilation of four episodes of the hit Disney Channel television show. In "Lilly's Mom Has Got It Goin' On," Miley's dad (Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley's real-life dad) and Lilly's (Emily Osment) mom (Heather Locklear), have an attraction for each other. My own children's (ages 7 and 9) favorite episode of the disc is "Me and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas," featuring the Jonas Brothers, another Disney tween pop music sensation. In "I Will Always Loathe You," Miley's Mawmaw Ruthie (played by the fabulous Vicki Lawrence) and Aunt Dolly (the also fabulous Dolly Parton) ruin the night on which Hannah is to receive a prestigious award because the two of them won't put aside their differences. Finally, in "That's What Friends are For?", a rivalry between Hannah and Mikayla (Selena Gomez) causes some serious strife in many different ways.

The disc has quite a few extras, including "Backstage Disney" with the Top 10 Disney Channel Character Feuds, Two music videos for "One in a Million" and "True Friend" and a bonus episode of another Disney Channel show, "That's So Raven."

Overall, although these are just television episodes packaged together on DVD, this is a worthwhile purchase. It's great to be able to watch the shows without interruption. The messages are enjoyable and wholesome, and the music is catchy. Even though this is a show for kids, adults will probably enjoy watching some of their icons performing and will find themselves caught up in the enthusiasm and well-written episodes.
