*You Again (Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo)*The title of this film may serve as a harbinger of recycled plot lines. Kristin Bell plays Marni, a successful agent at a national PR firm who had a miserable time in high school. As a zit-faced teen with braces and glasses, Marni was tormented by Joanna (Odette Yustman). As luck would have it, Joanna is now engaged to Marni's brother, Will (Jimmy Wolk), but we don't find out about that until Marni can be in a confined space for maximum freakout effectiveness.

Joanna seems to have turned her life around since high school and doesn't remember Marni. Will and Marni's parents, Mark (Victor Garber) and Gail (Jamie Lee Curtis), love Joanna - to them, she can do no wrong. Adding further injury to the insult, Joanna's aunt and only surviving relative, Ramona (Sigourney Weaver), is an old high school rival of Gail's (NO WAY!!), making for two parallel plot lines boiling over with sly aggression and spiteful conniving. Marni doesn't set out to ruin Will and Joanna's wedding but somehow can't help herself. It's all very predictable.

You know what's going to happen in the first fifteen minutes. You know there will be some angry plotting and jabbing between the four rivals. You know there will be patient understanding and nursing of wounds from the male leads. You know that there will be some major get-together in which things come to a head. You suspect there will be well-dressed people in a pool. You also know that all will be well at the end. The formula has been written in stone; only the names and occupations have been changed.

You Again is an inoffensive film but not for everyone. If you like not being surprised by an interesting plot, maybe this one's for you. One thing I can say in You Again's favor: there's a pretty good zinger at the end involving Betty White, though younger audiences not familiar with her body of work may not get it.
